My husband has very bad back pain on and off and this head pad has helped ease that! It provides nice warmth with great heating quality. The material is very soft and comfortable to use. Super easy to travel with. Works great and is very continuous with the heat while on. Super affordable as well!

It works great - I love that there is the option to extend the time it is set to last and six heat settings. It’s a soft material so it doesn’t get bunched up or crinkled when it’s cold. It keeps a nice flat form. Great product.

This heating pad is great is long enough for your back , your tummy , etc. The setting are great for amount of heat you want. The cover over it is really comfortable and soft even washable just great.

I feel like the heat varies. I'm not sure if I got some faulty one but even when I use levels 5-6, it doesn't consistently stay hot, and I can't imagine using any other level for some actual heat. The size is nice though and the item itself is nice. I like the automatic shut off.

Love this heating pad! It is thin and flexible, which makes it very easy to use for back pain. You can put it behind you in a chair and not worry about leaning on lumps/bumps. The fact that it is lightweight means it won't slip down in the chair. Its also large enough you could wrap it around an arm or leg. I appreciate the multiple temperature and timer/auto shut off settings

Good quality. Multiple heat settings so easy to find the perfect one. Does get really hot on highest setting. Love that it has a timer setting since intend to forget my heating pads on. It had 30 min, 60min,90min and 120 min settings. Once the timer goes off it just shuts itself off. Easy to restart and warms up fast.

I purchased this heating pad after using the same one for 2+ years daily. I've been using this heating pad for about two weeks to help with lower back pain, and overall it works well! It heats up quickly. I know which temperature I prefer and I haven't felt the need to keep adjusting the settings once it's on. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and you don't feel the wires poking through. The size is perfect, not too big and not too small. I have other sizes, and this is the one I always want for lower back. The cord is long enough that I can comfortably use it while sitting on the couch. I like is the automatic shutoff. It's reassuring to know it will turn off if I fall asleep. The only minor drawback is that the controller makes a clicking sound when you want to move the temperature or time. You also can only click the temperature up, not down, so if you want it down you have to click up through all the levels to go back to the lowest level. I wish there was a feature that you could clik up or down on the temperature levels.

So handy. I used to use wheat packs for my feet every night. Now I have longer lasting support for poor circulation.

The electric heat pad does exactly what is described & works great for back and/or leg & arm/shoulder muscle injuries, at a great value price with fast delivery = happy buyer.

Works well with a small screen to show different temperature settings. The plug is a European plug that never fit properly, so I had to replace it with an Indian plug, but then it worked well. The position of the controller is not good: it's half way between the plug and the pad, so it's always awkward. But otherwise it works very well, and i like the ability to change heat settings.
