When it came in, I was confused cuz it was flat package. Further inspection found it was in 3 pieces. The instructions is so easy and clear. Assembled it and it was perfect for putting hat in. Washed and it came out just clean and crisp. Reminder do not put it in dryer since it made of plastic. Just sit it out and let it airdry. Great and simple products to use

This little cage worked great for washing my ball caps in the dish washer! Would highly recommend! Hat stayed in perfect shape!

Hard to
Holds the hat well in the wash machine. It was difficult to open and had no directions on to properly open it. I sat there trying to pry it open for 10 mins. All my boys hats have fit inside the basket.

Don't bother
Save your money. I should have paid more attention to the 1 and 2 star reviews. First off the instructions for assembly were awful. Once put together I tried placing 4 or 5 of my baseball style caps on the gadget and I could see before even trying I would be just as well off as I was without the gadget and wash like I always did, and then skip the dryer and place a towel inside the cap and let it air dry.

On delivery, opened the package, put it all together. Placed my cap and put it in the washing machine on delicate cycle. Cap came out clean and in perfect condition. Great product.
