Good value for a good product

Biglycinate is my long time favorite form of Magnesium that I have taken over the years. Works very well and easy to digest with no side effect. I mostly use it to treat/prevent muscle cramping and it always performs very well.

This Magnesium supplement is AWESOME! I am going through menopause, so I often have leg cramps in my sleep. I started taking this supplement to help with that, and they don't disappoint. I also feel a sense of calm about 20-30 minutes after taking this. I don't know how it works, but my brain quiets. I am very glad that I found this supplement, and it has definitely become part of my routine!

No me gusto porque me produjo reflujo, tal vez soy sensible y a otros les funcione mejor, lo regale a alguien que le fue mejor y le gusto, pero lo dejo en la maleta de bodega del avion, y claro, las capsulas explotaron y se les salio el contenido, lo dejo aca, para que sea tenido en cuenta para todo tipo de capsulas y no se les quede el producto fuera de ellas
