The box is huge and bulky And super heavy you will need definitely a dolly and two strong men to lift and move this they have strap handles to help you pull and slide.. its probably 400lbs or more.. kids will love this.... I have never bought a circle pool before. so this will be a different change from the last index pool I had which was the rectangle one that was 18ft*9 and 53 inches.. this was is a tad bit larger 22ft however its 48 inches. Hopefully the kids won't notice that part but either way im happy.. can't wait for it to get hot now here in phx .

Of course the instructions always say super easy set up and it is, if you have set one of these up before but if you’re planning to do it the right way and level the ground and dig and bring in sand then it will take you several days to get this pool up and ready to fill. Love that it comes with the sand pump filter, this helps keep the pool so much cleaner and you do not struggle with green water nearly as much during the hot summer days. This pool is huge, we bought the 22ft one, so if you do not have the yard space, I caution you to be careful what size you buy. Intex is the only brand we will buy, we have used this brand for years and the one we purchased before this one had to be returned as it started rusting almost immediately, it was a cheapy one from Sams. So we returned it and bought this one. Our previous pool was intex and we had that pool for 5 years before we sold it to get a bigger one and it was still in excellent shape when we sold it.

UPDATE: I was finally able to chat with a customer service advisor at Intex. They created a claim for the motor part. They just asked me to fill up a form and attached the purchase receipt. They approved the claim and shipped a new motor replacement. They solved it within 3 weeks. Thank you Intex. Now the pool is open again. For this I upgraded 1 star to 4 stars. My pump for this pool stopped working even performing all the trouble shooting steps provided. And I can't get any customer service advocate to help me. The pump is less than a year purchased July 17, 2024 and only used on summer time. Now that we are starting to prep for summer it will not run anymore. Product is not cheap!!! Shouldn't stop just like that. I NEED HELP!!!

This pool is GREAT! It is easy to assemble, quick to install and a great size for the family to enjoy! The materials are sturdy and high quality! I don’t have any complaints. The filter and pump are good quality. I think this is the best pool you can get for the money! I recommend anyone looking for an above ground pool to get an Intex.

I’m not sure what to do about this pool. Box extremely damaged. Pool liner and boxes visible. I do not know if I should return or chance it and see if liner is damaged. Please help! Not able to rate pool. Only shipping.

Pool was easy to assemble. Any errors were definitely user and we rectified quickly! 😉 Like any pool, daily or at least every other day cleaning and buying a nice little water roomba goes a long way. Not a huge price to pay for about 30 minutes of your time. Been up since June and we are having a blast!
