For my kiddo who is now almost 14.... We were trying this line and then, if it didn't work we were going to the dermatologist! It's lightweight, not smelly, just clean, soaks in in a timely fashion, doesn't bleach towels or linens (but she uses white wash cloths), it lasts a LONG time! My beautiful daughterbhad acne everywhere! I was so worried about scars! However, this is, and the system with it, has been clearing up her acne and clearing her skin up! Also, with the South having a freak heat wave she has all her sun protection with this system! ***Would get the whole system and Neutrogena acne spot treatment stick ons.... (They are a lot less than the Cetaphil and see to work, for her, just as well).

Best affordable skin serum I have ever used. It is hydrating, helps with acne, improves texture and is also anti aging. Will probably use for life.

This stuff is the best thing I have found for reducing acne scars. I haven't tried anything on my face to help with the appearance scarring for at least 20-25 years. I am in my mid 40's and developed some acne and some post acne redness and started using this on my face. It has made a big difference in just the initial 2 weeks of use.

I decided 2026 was going to be my year of tackling my insecurities. I am in my mid 30s, and these acne scars have always been a HUGE insecurity. Some of these are 15-20 years old, but most of them are 10-15. I read the reviews on this product and since it was covered by my FSA funds, I decided to go for it. This is the difference in just 10 DAYS. I am beyond thrilled. I wish I had tried this product years ago. No adverse side effects other than a little dryness, but the instructions say to follow up with a moisturizer so that hasn’t been a problem. Super thrilled with the results so far and would love to update this as the months go on.

I bought this as a pregnancy-safe retinol alternative to treat the scarring I have left behind after all my first trimester breakouts. As long as I follow the bottle instructions of applying it every day, morning & night, I see a real difference in my redness and scarring…but if I forget to apply it even ONCE, I feel like all of it comes right back and my skin is left almost back where I started. I doubt I’ll repurchase.

I get really bad hormonal acne and this is genuinely the only thing i can use to help stop my acne alongside toner and a very basic moisturizer since i have mixed skin. It doesn't irritate my skin and even if i put too much i still don't break out or anything. 🙏 Please sell this in stores again, i really miss having easy access to it.
