I was nervous to try this because of the spicules, since I’ve never used a spicule based product before. I chose the 2000 PPM Exosome Shot to start on the gentler side, and I was pleasantly surprised by how mild it actually feels on the skin. I use this once a week after cleansing (about two pumps), gently pat it in, and then follow with my nighttime moisturizer. There is a very slight pokey sensation on application, but it’s not painful or irritating- just noticeable enough to know it’s there. By morning, my skin looks noticeably smoother, more refined, and almost glass-like. I have reactive, eczema-prone skin, so I’m usually very cautious with exfoliating products and anything containing acids. Despite the AHA + BHA + PHA blend and spicules, I have not experienced dryness, itching, or sensitivity with weekly use. The exfoliation feels effective, but not harsh or barrier stripping. I also like that the formula includes niacinamide and soothing components alongside the exfoliants, which likely help balance the overall results. The texture is lightweight, spreads easily, and layers well with other skincare without pilling or being sticky. Overall, this is a great entry level spicule serum if you’re curious but hesitant. It delivers smoother, more refined looking skin texture without the aggressive irritation I anticipated. I will likely continue with the 2000 PPM for maintenance, and may consider trying the higher strength once my skin fully acclimates.

I waited to review this product until I had used it for a long enough time to see if it would truly make a difference. I am very happy to say that not only is my skin softer and more hydrated, but I have a more youthful glow to my skin. I also use Medicube Pore Pads with this and they work very well together. I was also pleasantly surprised that my skin was not sensitive to this product. My skin usually get irritated easily, but this one did not cause any issues. You can't go wrong with any of the Medicube products in my opinion.

If you're familiar at all with microneedling, this is the same idea. There are little spicy led (to y dissolving needles) in this serum that make micro channels in your skin to allow products to penetrate more deeply. It also has three gentle chemical exfoliants to smooth and brighten skin. It's a fairly thick, non-sticky serum, and it prickles quite a bit when you massage it in. I bought this on a whim and found out later that this is NOT "beginner strength". A starter serum would be a 100 ppm level. 2000 is definitely more intense and I do get some irritation immediately afterward. I own a professional grade microneedling machine, but between setting it up and sterilizing, it just feels like more of a project than I want to do for shallow, frequent needling. This serum is a nice shortcut and really, really speeds up the results I see from other products, and I use it roughly o CD a week.

If you have sensitive skin or are new to exosomes, this is the perfect place to start! I was worried about redness, but this formula is so gentle, no or a little irritation turns out to just a beautiful, glossy glow. It’s been such a great beginner step for my exosome routine. I’ve already noticed my skin looks much healthier and more radiant. I used this to prep my skin before I shift gears and move up to the 7500 strength for even bigger results.

I absolutely love this exosome serum! It’s one of the most innovative products I’ve used, the texture feels lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky residue. The formula combines exfoliating acids (AHA, BHA & PHA) with spicule technology and exosomes that really help refine texture, clarify pores, and promote smoother, healthier‑looking skin. I noticed my skin looked softer and more radiant with continued use, and my other skincare products seemed to absorb better afterward. It does give a noticeable tingling or prickly sensation on application (which is normal for this type of serum), so if you’re new to actives or have very sensitive skin, start slowly — but for me the results have been worth it. Overall, this serum has earned a permanent spot in my routine!

I’ve read some really great reviews on this product, but all I got was hard skin. Like, my skin felt like it was building up a scab to protect itself. I wanted this to work so bad. I even stopped using my other exfoliants while trying this.

I swear for the price and the effect it shows 10/10. Tbh I didn’t expect much from this all I know it’s that it kinda hurts and it replicates microblading but at home version so I got it. But I swear I’ve been using it as a night time routine and my dark spots is becoming lighter and lighter! I had this a HUGE dark pigmented spot on my cheek due to a pimple (literally every pimple I get leave a dark mark on my face it’s so annoying) anyways it’s now fading!!!!!! And what I got this product 2 weeks ago?? Fabulous. Definitely give it a go
