I just received the pillow today but I love it so far. The cooling case I got for it, works!! Super exciting as that isn’t always the outcome of cooling cases/sheets. Love the different detachable options you have with this pillow. I am currently sitting in it in my king sized bed right now and I feel snuggled. Without the extra person getting hot or sweaty, in turn making me hot. So love that! I love that it says you can contact the actual shop for more stuffing if you need it. That’s amazing!!

I purchased it as a gift for my husband's birthday and was disappointed because it arrived too late. My husband always gets backpack from the way he sits and reads in bed and I thought this might help. When it finally arrived, I wasn't impressed by the appearance and had to figure out how to put it together. A diagram might have been helpful. My husband took one half of it and started to use it has a bed pillow immediately and declared it to be the perfect size to align his neck. As this has been a long standing issue for him, I was impressed. I took the other half and also used it for sleeping and found it to be unusually comfortable. Still can't attest to its use as a sitting pillow, but we are both enjoying a better night's sleep. Now, how can we get extra pillow cases?

I am still using it a year later with no issues. The cover is easy to take off and put back on when washing it.

I love using this pillow when it comes my reading time, relaxation time or gaming time. It's such a good shape and i feel so comfy and cozy.

I could not believe how seemingly "monstrous" this was when it came! I was almost in shock. But I patiently loaded the two large, curved shapes into their curved-design cases, and zipped them together, which made a huge donut! I thought I might land on the floor if I sat down in it, but then I saw that the straps affixed to the 'ends' would tie the thing together somehow. And it did! The design seemed quite awkward, but I loaded it onto my bed, and when I sat 'in' it, I felt comfort and support. I have adopted it into my life as a necessity.
