the maple pecan sea salt flavor doesn't have much sugar and you can tell, but the end result is still tasty. it's hard to go wrong when packing this as a snack or eating it during breakfast/lunch. the nutritional qualities are great, on account of being mostly nuts. this one doesn't have a lot of saturated fat or palm oil like other kind bar flavors.

They are delicious! I have one almost every day for breakfast. It has a mild maple flavor, not sugary at all. Most of it is nuts. If you look at the nutrition label and ingredients, they're and high quality very healthy. I love the KIND bars brand, and get several flavors. They're great on the go, lunch boxes, purses, desk, gym bag, etc. They're not messy, you can eat them in the car! They're so much cheaper on Amazon, through Subscribe and Save, can't beat it!

Pretty good, very light natural taste. Feel like I am eating something good for myself, haha. I usually prefer the ones with some chocolate, but this makes for a pleasant snack- fill the belly until dinner, or as a ultra quick lunch. I pair it with a sliced apple and i am good to go for most of the day.

I love this snack. No yogurt or chocolate. Just nuts, a perfect sweetness to it. This is my go to snack, it keeps hunger at bay.

I am not a fan of maple syrup or flavoring, but I have to admit these bars are really good. The maple is there by hint only and not as strong, or sugary as I feared. Ample with almonds and pecans, and just the right amount of sea salt, so you get exactly what is advertised. Some reviewers mentioned shrinking sizes of some Kind brand bars, but this one still feels like an adequately sized bar. The price on Amazon beats our local grocery store (that is usually competitive), but these beat their price by at least .30/bar. That adds up. As long as Amazon keeps the price along those lines, we'll come back here for more. As a comparison, I recently tried the dark chocolate peanut butter Kind bar and though that is tasty as well, that flavor tasted more like a candy bar. Since my goal is a suitable protein bar without too many carbs, I'll stick with the maple glazed pecan and sea salt bars. Quite tasty and better than the Lance brand snacks I was addicted to for years. Moving to Kind-er snacks was a smart and healthier decision for our household without any regrets.

Is my go to once daily treat. No sugar alcohols or horrid fake sweeteners. I don't like much sugar in my snacks. I honestly wouldn't have missed it if they went to zero sugar, that is my taste. And... This is still not too sweet! Online pricing in my subscribe and save is good value for what I get. My favorite bar, not just in the Kind category.

Perfect for those times when I can't have a proper meal. It isn't too sweet and has just the right amount of saltiness to keep me chewing. I'll definitely be ordering these again.
