Everything worked well until I used the white finish wheel. It flew apart as soon as I turned on the polisher. Yes the rpm was low

Cheap safety flange.
I have the buffer awhile. I’m just not getting to use it. The safety flange stripped out right off the bat. “No, I did not over tighten it!” I was able to put a large washer in place of the inner flange and the outer flange screwed on. About half way through the job, the flange loosened up and stripped completely. I’m about to go find something yo fix it and replace the flange with something of better quality. The buffer itself seems fine. I’m not sure about the attachments.

Works perfect with the right polisher.
Bit pricey, but I guess everything is now. Makes my shiny stuff look great though.
