Can you do jumping exercises in trainers without damaging the mat?

Hello, yes, you can do jumping exercises on our gym mat, durable EPE foam makes it comfortable to use. Hope that can help you.

How firm/soft is this mat? It says the mat is appropriate for yoga and sleeping, how can that be?

This mat is approx 2 inches thick. I as an adult can walk on it and i do not feel the tiled floor underneath. Yes a child could sleep if they wish, on it. Yes could be used for yoga. Way more relaxing than a normal yoga mat because of its thickness. For children starting gymnastics its perfect.

I have hard rubber flooring for heavy weights, but would like a mat to lie on for hip thrusts, can it handle heavy olympic weights?

This mat is about 2 and half inch thick, hard and light. You can order it if not suitable can return anytime.
