**Q: How many mg of fish oil does this provide? Couldn't find the info in the description.**
A: You want to look at the omega-3 content, NOT the amount of just fish oil. From the label: fish Oil Concentrate 2,000 mg comprised of: Total Omega-3 Polyunsaturates 600 mg providing: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 320mg DHA(docosahexaenoic acid) 200 mg. So, you could take four of these a day and get 1,200mg of omega-3. Really good for a natural product.

**Q: What size are these physically?**
A: They are a fairly average size as fish oils go, at 1,000mg each. To me, this is the uppermost of what I can easily get down. Most fish oils are 1,200mg or higher, which is pretty large. I just saw one the other day that was a whopping 1,900mg, so almost twice as big as one of these! Yikes. I don't think you'd have a problem with the size.

**Q: Do you know which gelatin is being used? Is it kosher or vegetarian ?**
A: Like all of Solgar's softgels (unless otherwise specified on the bottle), they are beef derived gelatin. And they are not Kosher.

I recently tried Solgar Omega-3 Softgels and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed. As someone who values their health and wellness, I am always on the lookout for high-quality supplements and this one did not disappoint. I don't like buying cheap products that waste my money and have little results. These soft gels are a bit large, but they are not as bad as some people make them out to be. If you have trouble swallowing them, Solgar offers different strengths of the same capsule. I personally take one 950MG capsule per day and it's been working great for me. One of the things that stood out to me about Solgar Omega-3 Softgels is the quality of the ingredients. This particular formulation contains Solgar's highest concentration of the natural Omega 3 polyunsaturates EPA and DHA from cold-water fish. I appreciate that it supports cardiovascular, joint, and skin health, which are all areas that I want to improve. The fact that it is molecularly distilled to remove mercury is also a huge plus.
