Loud but very effective
This does exactly what it's supposed to do. It does it loudly, but it does it well. A few seconds on top of this cooler and my laptop temperature has dropped a dozen degrees. The airflow is wonderfully powerful and the included filters are fantastic. They keep all the dust and grim out of the fan. It has several tilt positions and the extra usb ports are handy.
