It’s an amazing product. Just as described. Easy way to vacuum & mop the floor. Picks up all kind of dust, hair & particles. Does not leave any watermarks & no water dripping. Easily cleans 2 bhk in less than 15 minutes. Auto cleans function is quick & cleans mop well. Very easy to use, totally satisfied.

I wish I never bought it!
I don’t know why in the description they say this is a multi surface cleaner. This machine is inferior to the other crosswave models and is not suitable for carpets or surface area rugs. Also, you cannot control how the water/cleaning fluid mix is dispensed like on the other models, so once the machine is switched on, the cleaning fluid runs through the machine within several minutes.
