Bought the Noronoji CBP-04G Cabbage Peeler thinking it would gently tidy up a cabbage. Absolutely not. This thing obliterates cabbages. One swipe and it turns them into fine confetti like it’s preparing for a vegetable-themed wedding. It’s basically an oversized potato peeler on caffeine — terrifyingly sharp, weirdly efficient, and slightly too pleased with itself. I shredded a whole cabbage in about 20 seconds and only sacrificed one knuckle, which honestly feels like a fair trade. Great for coleslaw. Great for impressing people. Terrible for anyone who values the skin on their fingertips

Certainly does the job of finely shredding cabbage with ease - for me its a tad too fine and I haven't found the knack of getting it just right yet. But take great care - it's sharp as ***** and took a chunk off the tip of my finger even though I'd read the warnings! Update - despite knowing the dangers I've almost decapitated my thumb again so Ive put it in the bin - too danger for me

Easy to use, it arrived surprisingly big (think twice the size or more of your standard potato peeler) and very sharp. It took me a bit of getting used to but it’s very fast and easy once you get the hang of it, a handy tool

The peeler broke on the first try

Great at shredding cabbage so evenly and so quickly!! The blades are very sharp so be careful with where you place your fingers when holding the cabbage. It’s also easy to clean with a rinse under the tap.
