This is great. The arm band is comfortable and easy to use with one hand. The case is very solid and protects the IRiver. Only draw-backs: you have to take the IRiver out of the case to plug in the USB cable (didn't have to in the original one), the clip has come undone (but not during exercise), and the arm band is almost too big for my arm (probably won't work at all for children). I wear the armband at it's smallest and I'm about a size 8, so it would be big on someone smaller. Although a lot of time I just use the clip on the case without the armband.
