I’ve tried several eye treatments, and this MAREE eye balm stick has been one of the most convenient and effective so far. The stick format makes application super easy—no mess, no wasting product, and perfect for both my morning and nighttime routine. From the first week, I noticed the under-eye area looked more hydrated and had a healthier glow. With consistent use, the retinol started to show real results: fine lines appear smoother, and my skin looks brighter and more even. The ceramide complex is great for keeping the area moisturized without feeling greasy. What I love most is that it doesn’t irritate my skin, which is something I often experience with retinol products around the eyes. It absorbs quickly, leaves no sticky residue, and works well under concealer. Overall, this product delivers exactly what it promises: hydration, reduced dark circles, and a noticeable improvement in fine lines. The quality for the price is excellent, and I would definitely repurchase it.

I use this at night and it helps with moisturizing,dries quickly,brightens skin, and is soft creamy stick balm. Calms the appearance of lines puffiness under eyes. You can also use on lines around forehead and around the mouth.

Tried this for the first time last night. I love that it’s made in the US. It’s packaged very nicely. Not too expensive so I gave it a try. The product itself is hard to apply as it does not glide smoothly around the eye area. I washed my face at night like normal. When applying the product, I found it hard and not soft enough to apply to sensitive skin like under/around the eye. It pulled on the under eye skin instead of gliding on the skin. I tried scraping it off to warm between my fingers to help it easier to apply without stretching the under eye skin. I woke up with my eyes actually looking worse. It does not absorb as it is too hard. There is no cooling effect. It’s non-greasy but could actually use more lubricant. I purchased the moisturizer too. The only way I could get this around the eye, after washing my face, was adding moisturizer first to help the product glide smoothly and comfortably around the eye. I would not recommend this product as is. Great concept and made in the US, but needs work for a smoother more comfortable application.

Stick takes a while to loosen up, would not use on elderly skin. Does however leave skin soft and hydrated after use.

Edit: After using it it became smoother, it’s not like a lipstick but I don’t the feel it hard like at the beginning! Trust the reviews, it really works! I didn’t expected this product to be so hard! I thought it was silky and glide on easily. In all the videos you see that it seems very smooth, like a lipstick, but it is not.

Works like a charm

I’ve used several Maree skin care products and thought I’d try this retinol balm. I read other reviews that mentioned it was harder than expected and I bought it anyway. It is a hard stick. I’m older and my skin is not as resilient. This doesn’t slide or glide at all, it will drag or pull against my skin. If I try to use a lighter touch I get no product. If it was more like the texture of lipstick it would be perfect. It’s hard like Chapstick brand lip balm. I still gave it 4 stars because I like Maree. It might be better for a younger face
