A seriously good sounding no-frills music player that handles Hi-Res FLAC and 320kbps with ease
The AiMoonsa D30 MP3 Player is an impressive audio player that can handle multiple music formats. Especially MP3 and Hi-Res FLAC files. I don’t use ogg or ape, so I don’t any experience outside of the two I focus on. The dimensions of this player it’s really small and near the same length as an Apple AirPod Pro 2 case. The build quality is very important to me, and this has a nice metal alloy case and a glass touch panel that is very responsive. There is an included screen protector and silicon case, so it’s a complete package for keeping this player protected. This is no toy in terms of sheer performance. The Features: The features that impressed me the most are that it has a very fast boot up time, only a few seconds it’s ready to go. The interface is snappy and responsive. One feature that is so easy to overlook is if you use wireless headphones that will automatically reconnect when powered on, most players require manually toggling Bluetooth on again and then reconnecting the headphones, this does it automatically. Also, the Bluetooth 5.3 range is very good, and it stays connected well over 40 ft away and if it disconnects it auto reconnects when within proximity of the player. Listing to music and if you pause or stop a song it has a quick fade of the volume. This is a nice high-end subtle feature. The player will also auto-resume from the exact spot in a music track, also another feature I did not expect to see. Music can also be played by Folder only, also, great capability to have it you have lots of music on the player and just want a direct route to the set. Music navigation controls: The Touch screen and interface is simple to operate. The side buttons are separate from the volume adjustment and the power button, so they are not easy pressed by accident. The EQ settings are easy to access; there is no custom user-adjustable EQ outside of the presets. The Volume steps are many and I find that at the volume level of 1 or 3 this is loud enough to drive my headphones with ease. I can confirm that this player can be very loud if the levels are pushed higher. It’s nice to see that this player also has a speaker, not the greatest in volume, but it’s very convenient when you want to check a song without using any form of headphones. I’m impressed that this player is the size of an Apple Watch. Audio Quality: This is where I am completely blown away by the quality of the audio that this player can achieve. Pairing with a nice set of IEMs it’s crazy good. There is no background hiss of any type, and everything sounds so clean and with excellent audio channel separation. This AiMoonsa player is truly a Hi-Res audio player. The DAC in this tiny unit is impressive. Given that it comes with a 128GB Micro SD card that can easily sustain a 11-15MBs transfer rate, it really elevates the value proposition for what you are getting. Crystal clear and clean audio should be the highest priority of MP3 players and this one delivers on that fact. I really like to use this player with Bluetooth ear buds at times and my wired IEM’s when I want to be critical of the music I’m listening to. Battery Life: I’ve gone all day with this player, and it was still showing a 80% charge. So, I can tell that battery life should not be a big concern for all day use. I don’t listen to volume levels over 8 so this may be prolonging the battery life estimate. Player also re-charges fast. The sceen stays off most of the time, so it’s drawing very little batter power, there are no external lights to waste any precious battery charge. I like the minimalism. If you are looking for a tiny, high quality, easy to use interface, no frills player, then this is a great recommendation. This is serious player that can easily handle FLAC and 320K MP3 files with ease, no stuttering, no pauses with any playback. I constantly ask myself how can this tiny player sound so good? I put on a bast from the past Til Tuesday, 1986 release of “No More Crying” FLAC file and it left me almost crying for how good it sounds on this player, so much depth and vocal presence, Aimee Mann’s voice is incredible. Props to the engineers of the DAC on this D30. For audio fidelity, this is a five-star hi-performance music player that focuses on audio quality over unnecessary extras.

Well built portable MP3 music play comes with nice extras and features
For me this MP3 Player covered all my needs. The Bluetooth was solid, and easy to connect to a Logitech Bluetooth receiver connected to my home stereo. It will not connect to my Samsung ear buds. I would need to get a generic pair to go wireless. My wife's hearing aids do work with it however. They do include a wired pair of ear buds that are similar to the old wired Apple ones. The quality of sound is very good. The small internal speaker with a sound port on the back is just good for reference. The variety of play out is what I wanted. I have some songs in folders that I wanted to just play the organized songs that way. So search by Folder option is nice. I can also have play list search by artist, by album, or by song. It can shuffle the songs if you want. It also remembers what you had played last. If you stopped the song in mid play, it holds that position when you return. The color touch screen works well. The extra features included Calculator, Stopwatch, Photo, Calendar, Clock. The Audio Recorder function has features of High Quality, VAD, Noise Reduction, and Recording Monitor. The FM Radio needs the wired ear buds to function as an antenna. It worked pretty well with an auto search function putting discovered stations into a number of presets. The E Book found some text files I had with my music files and also it found some .JPG photo files using the Photo function. The battery holds up well now using it for a few days on a single charge, and today stressing it with checking all the other functions. The screen does go dark after a selected amount of time which really saves on battery life. You need to press the power button to bring the screen back up which is good to not have inadvertent screen touches do that. Finally the storage is all on the included removable 126GB Mini SD card. Also included is a USB C to Mini SD card adaptor. Looking into the Mini SD card initially has three folders labeled Bluetooth, Audio, and Recording. Loading your MP3 audio files from your computer into the Audio folder sets up everything proper for your music.

Pretty good
This is a great product overall and this is why: 1: Music. The music truly is lossless when you have headphones in but when you use the speaker on the player it ms not the best quality 2: recorder. I mainly use this player for music and recording and I am pleased to say the recorder works well. Again, if you listen to the recording using the internal speaker it won’t sound well. But hook it up to a Bluetooth speaker or headphones and it work well 3 alarm. Alarm did not work. U tried it does no work. It does not go off. 4:ebook. I’m not reading on the tiny screen, but even when I try to put and ebook on it it can’t. This overall works for me because I’m only using it for recording and music but if you seek the other features then this mo3 player might not work for you

Great Bargain
I bought this while it was on sale so only had to pay about $20, so i thought to try it out. The sound quality is great on speaker and bluetooth, no static but since i do live out in a new community where the signal is bad, it will reflect with the connection, if im in a bad spot. Which is really rare. To be expected. It charges well, and no problems come to mind. The quality is great on the screen and on the item itself, reminds me of my apple watch. Very portable especially with the lanyard it comes with, i take it with me on my dog walks to disconnect from my phone. The memory/storage is wonderful, i love that i don’t have to worry about it even after i put hundreds of songs on it and large files of audiobooks. I never had to look at the manual and was able to figure out how to use it, it’s very easy and not complicated. The only downside, since i listen to audiobooks, is that there is no actual tab solely for audiobooks so i just made a file in Folders and grouped then together. With my larger files of audiobooks, it had problems forwarding and bookmarking, so i just split it in two, but that was for audiobooks practically 18hrs and above. Doesn’t bother me. Otherwise i love this mp3 player. Does exactly what i want it to do.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID...you've been warned.
You know, I have to say that this is the worst mp3 player I have ever owned or ever hope to own. I just moved to Florida and had to replace my old mp3 that was lost. I saw all the great reviews and took a chance on this one, boy was I wrong. I jog early (4-5am) every other day, the Bluetooth connectivity was spotty or failed completely, especially once I started running, I cannot remember one time it ever connected correctly. The storage capacity is decent and I did not have problems loading my small playlist of music to the device. The small size makes accessing the control buttons a fumble, I wound up ejecting the TF card a couple times when I was trying to turn it on and pressed the wrong button by mistake. Also, the ease of use is lacking and touch screen is one of the worst I have ever experienced, it is too small for my fingers and it doesn't sense touch...I guess that is too much to ask for a TOUCH SCREEN, right? Lastly, it quit working completely after about 6 months, I purchased this crap in June of 2025 and by Dec it gave out completely after a cold snap passed through central Florida. If I were still up in West Virginia with 4 degree weather in December it probably would have given up the ghost much sooner. Overall I say avoid this piece of junk, you are paying $30 for lots of headaches and very little music. I am not even going to try and return this mess because I am sure I will get nothing after six months of this, so avoid this one at all costs. Two thumbs way down.

Nothing great, a little janky, but not terrible
I bought this for my daughter as a white noise machine that we can add our own files to. The built in speaker sounds about as well as you'd expect, but it's good enough to help her get to sleep without needing to connect to a Bluetooth speaker and such. The menus are very basic and difficult to navigate effectively, but again, for a white noise machine it's fine since we're not jumping around in it, just starting it up and letting it run overnight. As an actual MP3 player, it would probably drive me bonkers, but whatever. It comes with a 128GB microSD, which I'm sure is not setting any read/write record, but it does add value. The whole thing might have been impressive 20 years ago (especially the 128GB!), but it is now a bit of a relic. However, it does function and as a niche device, I'm sure you could do far worse. I'll add that it does come with other apps like voice recording and what not, but again, I wouldn't buy it for that. If you want a cheap, functional player that if it breaks you shrug and go "that's too bad" instead of getting upset, this works just fine.

a lot of formatting !!
This product is amazing and a certainly a dummies mp3 player , the problem with the manual is no instructions on things that actually need to be further addressed such a mp3 organization and labeling but everything else in between is amazing ,the issue with mp3s need to be in one folder ,under the mnt root section make another music folder slap your albums in that, the apps do not do a good job off properly organization I’m assuming that has something to do with android file organization sys for this device , you also need to be aware that you have to format your book as plain Utf-8 txt, these processes will take all day if you have large file , replace the crappy micro sd with a Samsung , sandisk ,or pny ,also pictures display at 244 by 160 pixels so anything is not really gonna look all that good but for whatever reason 1950 by 1950 uploads seems to stretch to screen automatically and perfectly , external speaker is decent and does not sound good at its maximum of 20 I kept it around 10-17, Bluetooth is 5.2 and works just fine , this device however is not for someone who needs a super smart device this is a piece of art back from 2001 with a very small programmable means and that is what it is intended for so all the bad reviews need to go take a few computer science classes

Perfect for kids
Easy to use MP3 player. I got this for my children so they wouldn’t have to ask for music to be played off of our phones. Now they carry their music around the house, make their own voice recordings, and enjoy looking at family photos on this little device. Nice touch screen and the included lanyard makes it easy to carry safely without dropping it.

Great value
Great little player for the price, memory card included, so far so brilliant.. had to dig for it but eventually found the eq settings. It's small and fiddly, but I'm old, 😁

Soddisfatto. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Awesome MP3 Player !
Initially I was impressed with the weight of this little MP3 player. It felt solid. I really like that it came with a protective silicone case and two screen protectors, card reader, charging cable... and a detachable lanyard which is what I needed it for while riding my bike. The touch screen is very responsive and easy to navigate. I like that the volume operates up or down while the screen is not even on. The Bluetooth will connect very easily as long as you shut off the Bluetooth on any nearby device. The equalizer choices are basic but still impressive. I chose classical setting because it seems to have more Bass. The sound and features are absolutely awesome for this little tiny device. The only issue I had was that my earphones did not work as they cut in and out and crackled. Customer service resolved this matter immediately to my satisfaction. There is also a one year warranty. Overall a really great value. Love it!
