Review: Does not connect - REVISED - App does not find the controller via Bluetooth. Turning dial on light 3 times did nothing. Tried old and new app and re-installed new app. Nothing. No “email the seller” option for help. REVISED REVIEW AFTER DEVICE FOUND VIA BLUETOOTH March 2026 Okay, it took some fast twisting but I was able to connect via bluetooth! Support contacted me after I left my first review and I was encouraged to try again and again. It was good to know I had the steps right. My problem was that I wasn't twisting the knob fast enough apparently. I had my husband give it a go as a last ditch try. Now that we have the connection, being able to set 5 timers at different intensities for the daily light is sweet. Light automatically comes on then goes through the timers and shuts off each day.
