Laptop excellent, seller beware warehouse deals
This laptop was bought as a warehouse deal. Beware buying such deals: Laptop is fine but setting up thought it strange on Edge was showing Blackpool as my location, I am nowhere near Blackpool. Arrived 5 pm set up basics left it at that. Next afternoon’s turned laptop email from my internet provider saying - please verify account, as a lot of activity taking place. On checking installed apps, remote camera from before I set up laptop was still installed. This person had screenshots of my laptop. Luckily there was nothing major but I did go onto my internet provider web page. Amazon besides saying would pick up laptop were basically unhelpful.

The laptop corner is damage and little bit scratches in the front I am not happy

Fast, good quality
My previous laptop with Win 11 (not Samsung) was rather slow, but what a difference with this one! Running things like web browsers is instant. I open the lid and it is ready immediately. I'm not gaming, but really appreciate the instant response. Keyboard seems fine, though the scroll-up (Pg up) is a bit tiny - will get used to it. Charges via usb C.

False advertising in specs
Although the laptop is very nice and good its falsely advertised hence the 3 stars. It clearly states that this is touchscreen in the specs and its not. Just a heads up for anyone else who thinks this is touchscreen. Don't get me wrong its a great laptop and I will be keeping it, but sorry the review has to be marked down for the false/incorrect advertising

Quality Samsung Notebook 4 (2024) Laptop.
This Samsung Notebook 4 (2024) laptop with windows 11 is a capable computer. Build quality is good. Easy to set up and Its good enough for my requirements for home use emails, photos, web browsing is quick and responsive. Connects well with my Galaxy S20 plus mobile WhatsApp video calls etc, Epson printer and other devices. Battery life is good lasts more than a day.

Not touchscreen as Rufus AI and Samsung website said
Bought this for a colleague thinking it was touchscreen as that is what the AI assistant and samsung website of a Book 4 suggested. Not a major issue it is not but think this should be made clearer and the pictures showing touchscreen functionality are misleading! Not used a huge amount to comment yet but ports are very useful, is light and should be ok as Samsung usually is!
