A Must-Have for Runners. Sturdy, Versatile, and Effective
As an active runner, proper warm-up and recovery are a big part of my routine, and this slant board has quickly become one of my go-to tools. The quality is excellent: very sturdy and built to last. I love how easily the angles can be adjusted to suit different stretches and exercises. Whether I’m loosening up my calves before a run or working on mobility afterward, it offers the flexibility I need. Since using it regularly, I’ve felt more prepared and less tight on my runs. Highly recommend for anyone serious about staying mobile and injury-free.

Slant Boards for Exercises/Stretches
Product is just as advertised. Designed pretty well, no issues with getting them apart when needed, and they barely weigh anything, another plus. I have been using them to stretch my hamstrings and to work on some single-leg knee exercises, but they can also be used for calf stretches, ankle stretches, etc. Great little addition if most of your exercise is done at home. They aren't slick, but be cautious with socks on anyway, and what kind of floor you set them on. I have almost all carpet in my apartment, and they will catch on it pretty often, so just an FYI. All in all, pain-free experience so far, and I think they will be a big help with my knee pain.

Great product
I work with stroke recovery clients. The material is firm/strong and versatile. The ability to use it as a standing cube or a wedge is wonderful! Yes I would by more. Great product

Great product and works great too.
I use this daily since I have plantar fasciitis and it works well. I like the angles and it seems to stretch my calves out to make them stronger

Incredible value for money.
I was more than happy with my purchase having been a bit skeptical when ordering. The blocks are perfect for calf and knee stretches and I will be incorporating them with a knees over toes guy plan for maximum mobility. I have seen vast improvements in ankle mobility, and reduced knee pain already. I have had my gait analyzed and the performance improvements are staggering just through ankle mobility alone. The blocks are lightweight but sturdy and the multiple angles allow for progression through the stretches.

Good cheap slant board
Gets 5 stars because it is what it says it is for the price. Cheaper slant board that meets my needs. Certainly recommend if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to something more expensive.

Buy 2 sets, one for each foot - can't beat it!
Only had for 2 days - and these are working great...I especially bought these because I want to deep, really deep squats. Additionally working on Ankle flexion. If you are looking for slant boards to be part of your home gym - these are perfect. These stay in place, height/angle is adjustable up to 35 degrees, and excellent for wide feet giving comfort and stability.

Great for muscle buildup
Very happy with my purchase. The slant boards are great for working your calf muscles. The adjustable angles are helpful depending on the type of workout you want (I have been using them for regular calf stretches while my husband has used them for more intense workouts). They seem pretty durable and the price was great.
