I love this keyboard for daily use at work. I especially appreciate the option of bluetooth, usb wireless connection, or wired. And the battery life is amazing! The key click sound and feel is exactly what I was looking for and the overall appearance is great. As for the customer service, I couldn't be happier. My order was missing the usb piece for wireless connection, but other than that the keyboard worked fine. I reached out to Redragon and they sent me an entire new keyboard with no questions asked and no return! That combined with the pricing already being so low, I would recommend Redragon to everybody I know.

The Redragon K686 PRO 98-key wireless gasket keyboard feels like good quality and performs really well. It’s very responsive, even when waking up from sleep mode, which is a big plus. The typing experience is solid and it feels well built overall. The only downside is the app. it could definitely be improved. I wish there was an option to open the app using an assigned key or shortcut. Still, a great keyboard for the price.

This Keyboard is honestly so great for the price. The 3 different connection modes are much appreciated. I personally use BT for most of my needs (which is very responsive), but the option to wire in or to use 2.4 gHz for a (slightly) faster response is great! I'm also glad I was able to find a full keyboard that fit my needs as the num-pad is something I didn't want to give up. I enjoy the design, and the different options are great if you aren't into the anime style. The keyboard is suitably heavy, which makes sense as it is mechanical. It also makes good use of the real estate on the board, which means the keyboard is surprisingly more compact than you'd think for a full size keyboard. Definitely fits well on my dest! It's relatively early days for me using it, but I haven't had any reliability issues and it feels sturdy! I could take or leave the RGB lighting, especially for this particular design, as the keyboard is already stylized. That being said, the lights aren't too bright so there's no distraction, but they're still noticable. This is a great keyboard for anyone looking to get into the mechanical keyboard space without going crazy on the budget. Personally, when I switched I was skeptical, but the change from membrane to mechanical is palpable and I'll never go back now.

Nice keyboard, feels good when typing. Nice lights, the lights shine through the keys so you can see the letters if needed. (they have another that has some anime print on the keys and from what I see, the keys are not transparent). anyway, it connected easily to my laptop using the dongle, and via bluetooth to my cellphone (samsung s22)... many different preprogrammed light patterns to choose from. (plus there is a program to download to make your own--- but many comments on the internet point to malicious software hidden in the downloadable app you have to install on your computer---not necesarily by this company but it seems that there is a BIG concern about it-- and note: it seems there are a couple of apps that various keyboard makers use). anyway, this keyboard is advertised as having 'red switches' which are supposed to be quieter than the other colors.. when I use it, it seems quiet loud to me so I cant imagine how the other switches sound. i dont know if this keyboard will improve typing speed since you do have to press on a key and there is more downward travel than on a chicklet laptop keyboard... but the feeling and clicking and sounds are amazing! comes with extra switches and a key puller and a usbA to usbc cable to connecting and charging to a laptop. I like this size the best because it has a numeric keypad which I use a lot (the alternative would have been a smaller keyboard without the numeric pad). its almost the same size as a laptop keyboard of a 15.6 inch laptop.

I hesitate to leave at five out of five stars but for now I’m extremely happy with the keyboard. It replaced my Logitech G413 which was terrible because you could not replace the switches and it had some sort of proprietary keys. If you like the switches and the type that they use as strongly recommend this the board has a slight wobble to it but otherwise it’s an excellent condition. I did not get the Wireless one. I got the wide one because I value reliability. Economics are excellent. I thought I would miss some of the keys, but I have not had an issue at this point typing is excellent though if you’re not a good typist, you might prefer something that doesn’t push your fingers to the next key a little too quickly. Lighting and LED are not something I care much about but they look pretty good. They’re done on the board itself. You can also do software, but I prefer not messing with all that. Durability looks good. I don’t see any weaknesses. The board feel solid and heavy although I know it’s not made of the high premium materials. It feels more than adequate to do its job. Long-term reliability for the switches and the key caps are something I don’t know about and will only find out in a few months Overall, I strongly recommend this keyboard for its economics, durability and stability. If you prefer a linear type of feeling and prefer a most smoother typing experience with very few resistances you would enjoy this keyboard. Size is excellent. The only thing that I wasn’t too sure about which may be an issue is the fact that the USB-C port is on the side instead of in the center if I had to ask for another feature, I’ll probably ask for a hub to allow us to Daisy chain to a mouse. It’s excellent for gaming and very good for typing in business settings. In many ways, it beats the more expensive keyboard by a wide margin because of the value it offers and the piece of my knowing that if it gets damaged, you’re not out hundreds of dollars.

I was looking for a wireless mechanical keyboard to replace typing on a laptop keyboard since it feels more natural. I do like the keyboard layout where the keys are more compact with the handy knob on the upper right corner for quick access to increase and decrease the computer volume. The keyboard is compatible with Windows and Mac and has some handy switches on the left side of the keyboard to easily toggle between wired, bluetooth and wireless 2.4 GHz USB receiver configuration usage. One thing the product description doesn't mention is that this wireless mechanical keyboard is also compatible with Chromebooks which is great to bring for traveling. The keyboard keys are a bit quieter than I expected from a more traditional mechanical keyboard even though I prefer the keys to be a bit louder but that is a compromise that I am willing to accept. The keys do feel comfortable with good build quality and the battery life on the keyboard is amazing. I used the keyboard for 3 days and only lost 1% battery life. The keyboard does have customized software that you can install that allows you to toggle between different keyboard light effects and has a sleep timer setting that is configurable that sets your keyboard to go to sleep after a certain period to save battery life.

Nice feel, fully functional with a nice "thocc" sound. Worth the money.

This keyboard is a massive step up from anything I’ve used before, and it honestly feels like a premium product without the premium price tag. The overall typing experience is outstanding. It's a lovely keyboard. Wish I would have looked a little deeper to realize it has to be plugged in and it's not wireless, but that's my fault. Even so, it's such a cool keyboard I can look past it's wiring needs.

Excellent value for the price, switches are a thocky, and silky smooth (linear). Havent tried the wireless portion yet but wired it works great. Keycaps are also great!

I've had several keyboards from this brand and they've all been excellent, so I had high hopes for this one - and it absolutely delivers. The purple colour scheme and lighting are gorgeous, bright without being harsh. The aluminium base gives it a really solid, premium feel, and the typing experience is spot-on. The linear switches feel smooth and responsive, and the whole board has that satisfying, well-engineered quality Redragon always nails. The tri-mode connectivity is handy - I've used wired and wireless already and both feel stable - and the 98-key layout is compact without losing any functionality. The control knob is a nice bonus too, making volume and brightness adjustments super quick. For the build quality, lighting, and overall feel, I think it's fantastic value. Another great keyboard from a brand that keeps impressing me.

I love this Keyboard. High quality transparent keys. key clicks are quiet and gasket really helps reduce impact forces on my finger joints. Configuration software works great and easy to use. Did not test wireless features as I installed mine USB direct connect.
