These are great and the flavour is the best of all that I tried. Always have one of these while travelling.

These bars taste great, however, each time I would have one bar in one sitting I would end up being constipated. For that reason, I will not repurchase.

The only reason for me to remove a star is the price. I love the flavor, texture and nutrition these provide. My favorite being the Almond Chip. I tried other bars which I did enjoy, but found myself missing these. I am justifying my splurge in that it is healthy and I really enjoy these like a desert. I can't have sugar and with 1 total gram I can enjoy. They also have 7g dietary fiber provided by the almonds is also a big plus for me. Almond, chocolate and a touch of cinnamon, great for mind and body support. They are worth the purchase. Yum

These bars are perfectly made and are so delicious!!! My only request is that instead of having to order the variety flavored boxes, I would prefer to be able to request my favorite flavor of Peanut Butter Chip and order just those boxes instead of having to spend my money and get the other flavors that are not my favorite.
