Useless
I really don't rate this..maybe am.using it wrong but this has done nothing to make my sleep.on planes or on a coach trip any more comfortable. I personally would not recommend it. I believe its useless!

Comfortable
Comfortable. As described, ready for my 14 hour plane ride. Waaaay more comfortable than my inflatable Iโve used on other flights. I like the flat back to keep my head from rolling back and forth. I also like the draw string closure better than the snap. Soft material and zipper to remove the cover to wash.

Nice pillow
I really like this neck pillow! Itโs firm, comfortable, and provides good support without feeling too soft. The quality is really nice, and Iโm happy with my purchase. Definitely a great travel essential!

Good product for car rides
These looked really comfy, but were not great to use on an airplane because of the pillow support that is already on the seat. The pillow is plush and comfortable and light weight. It's great for car rides. It does have a strong scent and needs to sit out for a while before you use it.
