I’ve been using these cooling racks for a few months now, and I can confidently say they’ve become one of my most-used kitchen tools. Whether I’m baking cookies, roasting veggies, glazing cakes, or even air-drying fried foods, these racks handle it all beautifully. I find myself reaching for them at least once a week—sometimes more! The construction is solid and durable. They don’t warp under heat, and they sit flat and stable whether I’m using them on the counter or inside a sheet pan in the oven. The grid spacing is just right—not too wide that things fall through, and not so close that air circulation is blocked. That means even cooling and crisp results every time. Cleaning is easy, too. I usually hand wash them, but they’ve held up just fine in the dishwasher when I’m short on time. The finish hasn’t chipped or rusted at all, even with regular use. I’m actually planning to buy another set because I use them so often that having just two sometimes isn’t enough—especially during big baking days or meal prep sessions. If you’re on the fence, I definitely recommend these. They’re well-made, versatile, and a great value for the quality.

These racks are just what I was looking for! Great value and well made. They fit my half sheet pans and I love that they are dishwasher safe. Highly recommend.

Good quality Great price Works great for baking and on my smoker

These are so beautiful, GOLD, and big. They’re the perfect size for my baked goods to cool on. They’re easy to clean. I don’t plan to bake directly on them but they’re sturdy enough to do so and fit well into a small toaster oven or into a large oven on a baking sheet. I also purchased the Rose Gold stacking trays and they’re perfect for cooling cookies, buns, and other baked goods. They’re sturdy and stack well without jiggling or movement. They’re so beautiful, too.

The two racks are exactly described. They are light weight but should be plenty strong enough for things like cookies and most other baked goods. If you want to hold a large roast or other heavy/dense food item, they will sag and may not be strong enough. For the perfect baking rack, I prefer the mesh to be a little tighter since the half inch spacing allows some small items to slip through (like shoestring fries). My rack with 3/8" spacing makes a big difference in ease of flipping food and for better support of soft foods. The smaller spacing would also help with the strength and sag issues. My only other complaint is the overall size. We have several commercial half sheet pans. A half sheet measures 13" x 18". These need to be a little smaller to fit inside various manufacturers' pans but at 10" x 16" there is quite a bit of wasted space around the edges (see photo). If these were 1" larger in both length and width, the racks would be a better fit to pans and allow additional food to be baked, roasted, or cooled. Despite their size and weight, I find them a good value at less than $10.

I love these cooling racks! My daughter enjoys baking and I love using them when i make homemade beef jerky. Easy dishwasher cleanup too.

My old fridge was starting to work a little harder, so the appliance "doctor" suggested, for one, that I make sure there is easy air flow inside. I used to place small items on plates (in the fridge), so they wouldn't tip over, but then I got these cookie racks and used them to make a shelf that still allowed air flow, in fridge and freezer (instead of plate). Very useful for that! I'm sure they're great for their intended baked-goods-cooling properties but I'm using them to keep the fridge air cool!
