This is an excellent product for replacing damaged fly screens. Pretty straightforward, spline inserted into the slot easily. Kit came with two sets of rollers for inserting the spline, one plastic, one metal. I initially used the metal tool but was a little heavy handed and cut the screen. Luckily the screen was big enough to allow for my mistake. So my only word of advice, use the plastic rollers or be gentle with the metal ones.

This kid works really well. I was surprised. Comes with plenty of tools and plenty of material to easily get the job done and maybe another window or two. Easy to work with

This window screen repair kit exceeded my expectations! For such an inexpensive price, it came with everything I needed to redo multiple window screens myself. The tools were easy to use, even as a beginner, and the screen mesh feels durable and high quality. I was able to make my old screens look brand new in no time. Great value for the money and so much cheaper than replacing the whole screens or hiring someone. Highly recommend!

This purchase was a good investment. Took screen to the store to be fixed. They wanted to charge $30 per screen. This one roll was able to fixed 10 screens and quality is excellent. It netting is perfect no bugs can get through and air comes in just fine. I would highly recommend.

this product did the trick for me to replace the screen in my sliding glass door that someone had walked through. it was relatively easy to install--probably took me less than 15 minutes--and i only have 2 "knocks" on it that prevented me from giving it 5 stars. first is that the screen comes folded vs. rolled so when it's laid out flat on a large door like my application, you have creases from the folds. i don't think this would be the case if it were packed/shipped rolled instead, and i'll have to see if those go away. second knock is that the screen itself seems pretty fragile. there are spots where just using the included tools to get the spline back into the door, the tool (and me applying the necessary and perhaps excessive pressure) actually cut through the screen, so i have a couple of spots at the bottom of the door where i have openings in the screen. in the attached pics i try to show these both. and in case anyone was wondering, i was using the plastic (vs. the metal) splining tool that's included in this kit. on the plus side, trimming the excess screen was quite easy by just running a sharp box cutter along the top of the spline. would definitely buy again, and should probably have one extra unpacked and rolled waiting for the next time someone walks through the screen door!

This is a great little repair kit. Good material, tools and simple instructions included. I was able to remove the old screen and install the new one in about 45 min. Its helpful to have two sets of hands! Thank you!

Worked like a charm and easy to do! fraction of the price that a company charges to repair 1 single screen but comes with plenty of material to do multiple windows.

I had two window screens that were damaged and in need of replacement/repair. After looking extensively at both, it soon became clear that the cost to do either would be about $60-$70 each! They were both small bathroom windows and I thought that was ridiculous so i looked at other options. Found this product for $19 and ordered it. I just replaced the two screens, and they look like brand new!! Only took about 15 minutes each! All the material AND tools you'll need are included! I had plenty of everything left over for other repairs if needed. Many repair kits look easy, but they turn out to be nightmares, but this was easy and of high quality!! If your screens are in need of repair, I highly recommend this product!!!!
