The water tastes clean, fresh, and clear, with no bad smell or chlorine taste. It gives real confidence knowing it helps reduce lead, mercury, PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, and other impurities. The product itself is very useful for daily use, and the customer service is excellent, fast, and professional. Because of both the product quality and the support I received, I strongly recommend Waterdrop to anyone looking for a reliable water filter system.

So far so good. Water is even better than from the bottles. The motor is a bit noisy whilst in use. Hope to make a massive saving. Was drinking at least 3litres of bottled water per day. Value for money. Looks very stylish on my counter top.
