It ended up getting stress points from where I rolled around on it in my chair and caused the plastic to split a lot over time. I got a second one since I just want the same shape of the carpet to match the discoloration from where the old one was, but also because it was sturdy for how long it lasted and endured.

This is a great mat. This is a good mat for the price. Why the four stars? Unlike my last mat, this one seems a little too soft and it indents where the office chair rollers sit. It's not too bad, you have to give a little extra umph to get your chair to move. Still, the price was right and your chair don't roll away from you. :-)
