Works well even after years! Just ensure to clean it after each use, I know I shouldn’t use alcohol but I do you 93% on a towel to clean it.

Very good quality Derma Roller. It is very well made. I love the fact that it came in a very nice protective case, like you can see in the picture. I am losing my hair, and I been using this because I was recommended to use one. it is very easy to use so far. Just have to keep up with the cleaning.

I have to admit I bought this during a brave moment but was then too petrified to actually use it. Now as we are nearing the end of summer, however, I am struggling with extra pigmentation and patchy skin form the sun. I decided to give it a go and found it very easy to use. It rolls smoothly and seemed to have some effects without doing any damage that I could feel. I used it after applying hyluronic acid and my skin felt very smooth afterwards. I will keep using it and hope to see visual improvements after more use, but I know it takes time.

The needles are the right depth. What I really like is that it comes in a case where the roller head is held up in the case and provides a mini "bathtub" for the rollerhead: You can pour cleaning alcohol in the case and do not risk bending the needles while cleaning.

This is my second purchase of the roller. I used it 3 times a week before bed. Clean the skin, put som lotion or serum and gently roll it over your face appropriately 5 min . I using serum after again. I really love the feeling of tightness on my face next morning. I just love it.

This is the most painful dermaroller I’ve ever used at the .3 mm. I’ve owned other rollers ranging from .25 -.5 (as well as the Dr. Pen M8) and I could not believe how much this roller hurt. Felt like all of the needles were blunt tipped. It was packaged incredibly well and is a beautiful tool with the gold needles but for whatever reason, I will not be rolling this torture device across my skin again. My face was quite red so hopefully I got some decent collagen stimulation in in the areas I could barely tolerate rolling. Unfortunately my skincare has been stingy for the past couple of days so it definitely impacted the barrier more than a usual .25-.3. If you have rhino skin, go for it.
