The worst product. Print quality is poor and the sizing strange. The documents printed lack clarity and the paper breaks away in an untidy manner. Giant thermal till roll but not effective as a professional printer.

Over the moon with this printer. Struggled to understand how to get started at first but that's normal for me. Once I'd printed one A4 there was no stopping me 👍.

Perfect for home use when you don’t often need a printer so you don’t want something with inks that can dry up so this is ideal. Worked well with the phone app but I never got it to work with my pc

Really pleased with the printer, but don't like the rolls of paper as when it prints it ends up like a scroll. Have now bought a pack of sheet paper to try. Shame it's only in black print, maybe they will develope a colour one one day

Just what I needed works great

Not sure what to make of this. Was eager to pair with my phone via Bluetooth but annoyingly it wanted me to give access to my data and all that jazz so I have refrained from downloading the app. You can email the company to ask them to remove your data but I am not sure how legally and internationally this actually works so I wrote off that idea. I followed the instructions in the quick start manual. Extracted all the files in the folder otherwise it will print blank paper (I tried without extracting). The printer worked but stopped working reliably. It randomly printed out jobs that I had cancelled. The green power light has not stopped blinking and the videos show a solid non-blinking green light so I knew something was not right. This printer did print but kept stopped halfway through a few jobs. I have had it plugged into my laptop with the USB cable from 10am this morning until around 2pm and it is still not printing even now at 5pm. Upon reading the manual, it says it needs to be charged with a 5v adaptor. How long for is a mystery but 4 hours isn't long enough. I didn't even know it needed charging letalone with an adaptor as it does not clearly show this in pictures or mention charging it first when you set it up with the quick start manual. I thought the USBC cable was simply for connection to power (as pictured). It has a lithium ion battery which makes me a bit worried about potential explosions as lithium ion batteries can cause very severe fires and even melts metal. Knowing this, I unplugged from my laptop which does have a 5v adaptor but also a 9v output. Didn't want to take any risks so hunted around the house for a 5v ONLY plug adaptor as all my wall USBs are potentially higher. It doesn't say get a plug adaptor, it just says 5v adaptor. It would have been useful to provide the correct adaptor in the first place. The online manual also says to be wary of the heat from the thermal strip which is right at the opening near your fingers when you open the printer. The item listing says it can take any paper so I bought a pack of A4 sheets from the same brand and to my surprise, it didn't take it so that was another mystery. The online manual doesn't talk about other paper sources apart from the roll. I will see if it charges fully tonight but if it keeps blinking, I will not hesitate to return this. It keep bleeping randomly aswell and then not doing anything but blink.

I purchased this thermal printer because it takes a lot of time for me to go out and print documents in France. This thermal printer is easy to use and convenient. It requires no ink box for printing, so it would not cause a waste of ink material consumed by a machine when not used. The printing result is great. You can download a Phomemo app on your pad or phone, and then send documents to this app for printing. In the app, you should select the size of paper used before printing, and adjust the quality of printing effect. I just adjust the printing quality as medium, and it is enough for printing documents. There may be some restriction for using thermal printer. The printing effect on thermal paper would last for a few years only, so you should not expect to use it if you need to keep the files for a very long time. For me, I mainly use the thermal printer for printing shipping labels or documents for short-term use, so it would be enough for me. I wish that I had purchased the thermal printer earlier. It was a loss of time when I traveled out for 2-3 hours just for printing some shipping labels when I did not have it at home. I just did not know its existence earlier. I recommend it.

It's a handy little gadget - works well and super portable. I have ordered more paper to try the folded paper as alterative to rolls. I find the remaining curl of the rolled paper a bit inconvenient. Otherwise I'm pleased so far, was easy to set up and use with my phone. I will see how well it prints from my laptop but mostly I like to use my phone. I think it's fantastic that there is no ink required - it saves a good deal of money and prevents the terrible waste caused by printer ink cartridges going to garbage/landfill. Printer ink is expensive and environmentally wasteful. Also, I print so infrequently that my inkjet printer ink would dry up between uses- so I got rid of it since ink is so costly. This product solves that dilemma. I also LOVE the portability - I live in a small place and it's awesome to be able to pop it in my purse and use it at my elderly Mom's, when I help with her paperwork and banking each week. I had one small issue and customer service was amazing - they resolved it quickly and satisfactorily.
