I love this drone, it coped really well in some pretty blustery conditions and took some very useable pictures and video in some fairly low light conditions (I couldn't wait to practise with it!).The only reason I gave a 4 for beginners is that you are more required to actually fly it than some of the very expensive brand drones - this is actually plus for me and I really enjoy it. Having said that, it is not difficult to fly and if you take you hands off the drone will hover motionless which is great.Top customer service and great communication from the email address provided.

Loses signal all the time, have to calibrate the drone every use. Poor control

We have flown this for a short time successfully and then tried to remove the battery to charge it, and it will not come out. Can anyone help?

Really impressive first impressions you get a nice case which has some really good phone protection insideThe drone is easy to unfold simply slowly with no pressure pull out the arms very easy quite simple to take off the camera cover which is easily placed on again afterwardsReally nice having two batteries one while you're using either one can be charged and then be ready for when the main battery powers down however the door for the battery housing is quite fragile which is disappointedVery impressive on button right in the center of the top of the drone easy to get toReally impressed with the remote control the antennas fold up quite easily simple on button at the front very easy to get used to the joystick controls nice having a handle which you can pull out and fold back in very easilyHowever the downside for me is you need a screwdriver to undo the battery covering even though it has a lock-in mechanism on the left hand side the battery is fitting quite well obviously the need to be purchase separately disappointing not rechargeable but easy to find around the houseVery easy to download the app to get the camera on the phone and then support the phone in the pull out handle which doubles as a phone holder so you can clearly see what your viewing when flying the droneThe app is comprehensive as I said easy to download didn't take me long and you get a good image on the screenWhat I really like is once you understand the mechanics of the drone and how it flies it has a self return smart brilliant very impressive lots of fun

This is great entry-level drone with 2-axis gimbal and EIS to provide stabilised videos, and the GPS allows real-time tracking and automatic return. The drone has different video modes like follow-me, trajectory flight and wrap around. These features work pretty well according to my test during my Asia trip. The build quality of the drone and controller is okay, not top-notch quality. Also, the carrying case is a good one and is useful for travel. It was easy to set up and to learn to fly. The controls are responsive and the video quality is good enough for travel and social media sharing, but certainly not for professional use. This drone is priced at 169.99 at the time of review, and cheaper with a £20 voucher, making it a good value entry-level drone so I would recommend it.
