I love this little machine! I gets the job done and its great for beginners like me! I threaded the needle easily. Filled the bobbin with the easy instructions and now my jeans are hemmed like a pro. This came with a carry case! I absolutely would tell you if your starting out and dont care about all those fancy stitches and you just want to make curtains or hem pants. This is the machine for you. I even fixed a dress that was too big for me. I almost feel like a pro.

The sewing machine is light weight yet it has all the features I would ever need. I use the machine to make repairs. The quality of products is such these days that towels, sheets, sheets and etc start coming apart very soon after purchase. With this machine I can protect those products with timely repairs. I'm not using to sew new clothes but for repairs. It is able to all that need. I think it was a good investment. It's not perfect but it does a good job of what I want.

A couple months ago I had never used a sewing machine. Now I need to learn. I bought a very cheap machine and discovered that I can sew, but the machine I bought was junk. I upgraded to this machine. WOW! What a difference. I can sew. My projects are coming out great, now I'm looking for things to make.

I bought this machine to use when I want to do a quick project and don’t need my workhorse 1950’s gear-driven Singer that is amazing but nearly impossible to move and requires more maintenance. This machine is lightweight and has simple, straight-forward functionality. As a basic machine, it’s great. I also enjoy the retro styling. My daughter is learning to sew on this machine.

No bells and whistles but does what I need. I use it mostly for crafting like making clothes for my Yorkie and small quilting projects. I do wish the light was in a better position. It illuminates mostly to the outside and, I find that I need more light on the inside. So I added a small puck light on the inside.

Bought as gift for grandgirly, and she is loving becoming a seamstress. Being a seamstress myself, I was very impressed with the machine, sturdiness, and stitching. Basic stitches included, along with a few to decorate with. Wonderful purchase, highly recommended for beginners or ones needing a smaller portable version of a big machine.

I purchased this for a little girl....and she loves it. Has not had any problems at all. For the price who could complain. She has prepared clothes for her Mother and went to GoodWill to find some pieces she can remake. I say....'you go girl'.
