This is the best Creatine.... Of all time. I've tried others and hv been unable to take other powder form creatine due to the flavor. This one is flavorless and tasteless there is no yucky flavor or saltyness etc. It goes perfectly in my morning coffee due to the warmth of the coffee it blends easily in seconds. I didn't get the dry mouth or get the dehydration feeling. I suggest just monitor your H2O intake to avoid lacking in water and it will work great. Did I mention the amount of servings and the scoop is small? It's a great value and this is a great product and I will continue it.

This isn't your fathers Creatine. I used to take Creatine in the late 80's and early 90's and it used to be gritty and hard to dissolve in water. Not this brand! It's super easy to dissolve and completely tasteless. I mix one scoop with about 5 or 6 ounces of Powerade and it's very easy to drink. If I had to rate the "gritty feeling" from 1 - 10, 1 being the least, it's a 1. Compared to the best stuff I used to buy back in the 80's-90's which was 8 to 9. Also, so far after a week, I haven't experienced any stomach distress like I did back in the day. I'm very excited to add this supplement back into my routine as being 60, I'm set on getting back into top shape in order to maximize my quality of life. I read all the reviews and really trust this brand, and the fact that it's NFS certified is a huge plus.

Unfortunately after taking the creatine for two weeks I broke out with hives on my scalp. I did not know what the cause was until I read the list of possible side effects. I am disappointed I won’t be able to continue using the product., especially for brain support.

I felt great using these, I wasn’t as consistent but I did notice a difference in my strength and muscle definition. It doesn’t dissolve really well, but it doesn’t taste like anything to me. Make sure to drink water.
