Super Lube 92003 Silicone Lubricating Grease with PTFE, 3 oz Tube, Translucent White

One of those must-have items for the garage / workshop. Good for most mechanical assemblies including 3D printers, tools, machines, mechanisms. Stores for years, no issues.

Great silicone lubricant! A little goes a long way!!

Works very well for extra insurance in gaskets, o-rings and plumbing drain connections to seal microscopic imperfections in those connections. They call it a belt and suspenders approach, which I try to apply to most projects I work on. It's food safe, so as long as you don't go overboard, it's okay to apply to joints, o-rings in water faucets, etc. It cleans up quickly and easily with isopropyl / rubbing alcohol on exposed surfaces or your hands. The cap is easy to wipe off and it doesn't air cure or dry out and the packaging is a thick plastic tube vs those metal / aluminum ones that always seem to develop rupture points. I use this in conjunction with setting silicone in a lot of plumbing projects. I like that they also have an oil and spray version of something similar, depending on the application you're working with. Lastly, it's very affordable and works well enough to replace dedicated dielectric greases in some situations.

Good for lots of things, not for all brake parts though. I realized after i ordered this that they have a separate product in a very similar tube for brakes. This stuff is too thick for caliper slide pins and traps air really bad. So if youre using it for brakes make sure to get the different version.

Best stuff ever and I would buy it again many times over when needed. It seals, it lubricates, it's not messy and it LASTS.
