there's a lot to love about this light. It's a soft white light that is not too bright, making it perfect for driveway entrances and the like where you want light that is not too bright in the eyes. It's well made and constructed from metal with a nice tough finish. The solar panel is large and charges well. There is a remote to control the functions on setup. The light will automatically adjust brightness based on the amount of charge it received during the daylight hours and can adjust itself to give the desired length of illumination time set based on power available. This is a really neat feature. The remote will only work if the lamp is powered on, so it has to be dark enough to come on or the daylight sensor on the top needs to be covered so you can make adjustments.

When we first got these lights, we loved how they looked, and they worked well around our pool. However, they only lasted one year. We changed the lightbulbs, but that did not fix the issue. They are no longer usuable.

this is a large solar post light that is really easy to install and use. I placed this on one of our concrete pillars that lines our seawall and I am very happy with the light that this gives. it is like a beacon in the night when we are coming back on the boat.

Large solar panel helps to give the internal battery a full charge so the light gives all night lighting. The light is very attractive with a dark grey color. There is a detachable base plate you attach to your post or pillar, then you fasten the light to it. Nice looking light with ambiance.

I was taken aback by the size and weight of this outdoor solar post light—it's impressively large and substantial. I'm genuinely pleased with its performance. The brightness is good and being solar-powered, it offers the flexibility to be placed virtually anywhere, as long as it receives ample direct sunlight to keep it charged. Although it comes with a remote, it’s somewhat limited. However, this isn't a significant concern for me since the light automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn.

This post light has a well built rugged frame with nice fit and finish. The light has a large solar panel resulting in good runtime and it puts out plenty of light. The remote has a good selection of settings and all remote functions worked as described although the remote had to be pretty close to connect. The installation of the light was easy with no unwanted surprises. We are happy with and would recommend this product! We’re using this post light to help mark our most frequently used field entrance…perfect!

I have been experimenting with solar lighting. I look for solar power lighting that last longer from dusk to dawn or at least after I go to bed. In winter, that would be 6 hours. So far I have found it to be bright light for over 6 hours. Not sure if it is still working off the initial charging it shipped with or if the gray winter days have been enough to keep it powered.
