This magnetic camera stand holder is a fantastic accessory for the DJI OSMO Pocket 3! It attaches easily and feels very secure, giving me confidence that my camera is stable while capturing creative shots. This is a pretty nifty accessory for anyone who has an Osmo Pocket 3. It provides a way to mount your Osmo Pocket in some strategic ways under certain conditions. Fit: It's molded perfectly to fit an Osmo Pocket without hindering any of it's functionality. There are cutouts for both the primary button and joystick. The bottom is bare so you have access to the charging port as well as the ability to still attach either the battery or standard handle. You simply line everything up and swing door over to and snap the latch on. Design: The inside of the holder does have some foam padding to protect your Osmo Pocket from any unnecessary abrasion against the sides when installed. There's basically no risk of your Osmo Pocket from dislodging as it's held in place tightly. The only way to get an Osmo Pocket out is to unlatch the swing door. The magnetic plate can be folded in and out for storage purposes. The magnets are very strong so this thing will stick onto any metal surface very firmly so long as the surface is flat. Because the plate is foldable you can adjust the angle of Osmo Pocket giving it some flexibility in shooting angles. The descriptions claim you can use the plate as a stand but I didn't find it to be very effective for that purpose. For one, the weight of the Pocket is a lot more than the plate can handle so it will naturally fall over. If you have it on a metallic surface then yes it'll stay upright but the pictures don't really depict that. They seem to imply that you can set it down on any surface (magnetic or not) and use it as a stand. It's a pretty handy tool if you need to quickly mount in scenarios where there are plenty of magnetic surfaces that are flat. You can get some pretty cool shots from unique perspectives. It's not something I'd have installed for prolonged periods of time. It's more of a situational tool. The one other minor grip I did encounter was that when removing was that the snap on latch on the swing door was difficult to open. Closing wasn't an issue but opening takes a bit of effort, more so than it should be. Otherwise, a good accessory to have handy as long as you understand that it is only useful under certain scenarios.
