Super cool product. I managed to add photos using the usb cable from my laptop. Using a usb-c cable I couldn't download photos. Videos are not working due to format...perhaps need to read instructions to see what kind of videos format are working. Software simple , easy to work. You can download an app , that help you to add photos from mobile. I like you can set the time of running the media and auto turn off. is a simple digital frame.

I bought about 4 of these picture frame. The only one that is currently being used very much is my step daughters. My brother and sister doesn't have theirs hooked up and my dad doesn't have very many pictures added to it. But my daughters only has 231 pictures on hers and the 16 gb memory is saying it is full.
