I find these awful, the smell is strong and I significantly dislike the flavour

Great flavor combo. Heat seems variable but very nice. Lots of flavor. I wish they held together better but this may just be how birch is. It’s a small matter anyway.

I can’t recommend these enough. I was initially skeptical of the cherry/cinnamon flavor but it works. Just the right level of quality heat and sweet flavor. All of the products I’ve gotten from this manufacturer have been great, but this is easily my favorite.

Not as strong as the comments say. I was looking for strong tasting cinnamon toothpicks. These are tasty, but I do not consider them spicy at all (I am on my 20th today). The flavor only comes when you chew, otherwise no flavor. The flavor does not last 40 minutes as some say. I would say 5 mins tops, maybe a bit more if you take your time chewing, but then the flavor is too mild to perceive or enjoy. The package says "may break/splinter", it should be corrected to "It will break and splinter". I was thinking of returning them, but at the end of the day, they are tasty, so I am just gonna finish them.

I do intermittent fasting, and these things are the best for fighting food cravings and honestly help keep me focused at work. I think I have ordered over 20 packs, and one pack will last me 2-3 weeks.
