Vile!! Nope nope nope. NOTHING like marshmallow.
I don’t think I can put into words just how horrible this stuff is. I rarely throw stuff away, I hate wasting food and money but there is no way that you could refer to this stuff as food, that would imply that it is remotely edible - it’s not. It is a runny chemical tasting goo, nothing like marshmallow in consistency and does not taste anything like marshmallow. You might as well pour some glue in a jar and eat that, it would be cheaper and taste better. I hate that I’ve wasted money on this, it tastes purely of runny chemicals, nothing about it is redeeming. Honestly, this is one of the worst food items I’ve ever bought, and this is coming from someone who has a sugar free diet, it’s not like I’m not use to sugar substitutions. This stuff is just vile!

Very useful
I read a lot of negative reviews about this product but I'm ordering my second jar. It isn't tasty on its own but tastes fantastic with peanut butter AND as nut butter is so fatty and calorific, it dilutes it and if you mix it well makes a kind of desert pudding. It isn't advertised as a fluff as it has a jelly like dip consistency but is very versatile for mixing with other things. I recently treated myself to a selection of Walden farm products and although their taste takes a bit of getting used to, once you do you are hooked! Fantastic for diabetics and dieting bodybuilders (like me!) and something I always plan to have in my cupboard.

Taste and content of pure chemicals
Like most people who purchase this I was lured in by the idea of 0 calories and helping you lose weight. Although I enjoyed their caramel dip since the hint of chemicals in the aftertaste was just that - an aftertaste -, this marshmallow fluff is absolutely horrible! It smells, tastes, is pure chemicals; it's no wonder it's indigestible. Had to throw it out, as it's unsalvageable.

It could be better than this..
Taste fell below expectation, had a chemical after-taste and gave me a headache. Perhaps it was a one-off? I am hesitant to order it again. I so wish it could have been better as it is difficult to find sugar free goods on the market. Interested to know others feedback.

Made me feel queasy. I don’t recommend this at all.
Dreadful! Fake sugary taste, far too sickly. Way too expensive for such a disappointing product. Made me feel quite queasy even though it was used sparingly. Won’t be buying ant Walden farm products again, they’re all dreadful, chocolate sauce and onion sauce. Not a pleasant experience at all.

My opinion on this product
I love this spread and will probably definitely by this again in the near future. It has a lovely flavour to it...and most of...it's calorie free!, so I have the best of both worlds when it comes to this product as it tastes yummy and has no calories in it.

Should have read the reviews
This was absolutely disgusting with a horrible sweetener taste, went straight in the bin. At first it did have a very nice marshmallow taste, but was quickly followed by a revolting artificial sweetener taste. Perhaps if you were to use it in recipes it might be more palatable

Excellent, wish I had bought more
REALLY like this dip. It tastes like marshmallows and is great on top of Dukan galettes or mixed in with some cottage cheese. If you are on weight watchers this is great for fruit. Tastes quite similar to Fluff.

I had high hopes for this marshmallow dip, but it was a huge disappointment in flavor and texture. First of all, when I opened it, it had been shipped on a hot summer day. So I thought the texture was thin and gelatinous like un-set jello because of the heat. Nope. That's just how it is. Even after refrigerating and shaking it vigorously, I would not say "smooth and creamy" describes this. I understand it's a "dip" and isn't supposed to compare to marshmallow fluff, but I was hoping for something in between like a thick sauce I could pour over my homemade keto ice cream. This is a bit too slimy and doesn't move like a dip or a sauce. I could have seen past the texture if the flavor was better. When it comes down to it, marshmallows basically taste like vanilla to me, and how can you possibly get vanilla flavor wrong? Somehow they managed. The intensely sour and bitter flavor doesn't even allow you to taste the sweetness you're expecting from this diet dessert topping. I've tried their chocolate, caramel, strawberry, blueberry, and pancake syrups as well. They all have the same sour and bitter flavor. Such a shame because I had high hopes for this brand that was recommended to me by my dietician. The glass bottle packaging and the nice graphics on the label, highlighting non-gmo and many other fine attributes I like to see in my processed food labels - all of it made me think this was going to be a game-changer that would get me through the halfway point of my weight loss journey. Sadly, I'll have to keep looking. I'd like to try their salad dressings to see if maybe something that's not intended as a dessert flavor will taste better, but all their stuff is so expensive, and at this point I don't want to throw good money after bad.

Extremely gross, runny (like soup) with an unpleasant slimness feeling and the taste is nothing like Marshmellow- extremely chemical tasting.

This tastes absolutely nothing like marshmallow. It is also extremely thin and runny, like water. Don't waste your money!
