I even put it in the fridge and ate the rest later in the day, so it's easy to underestimate the power of real food at times! The ends were slightly dried out after 5 hours of being in the fridge, so quick consumption is seemingly needed. For an interesting yet nutritious snack, this is a good choice. The value may be overpriced but it's actually pretty fair considering the effort needed to make lavashak (apparently at times it takes 6-10 hours of steady cooking and checking to make it!).
