Sound Medicine by Anima contains deeply healing sonic soundscapes embedded with the ancient solfeggio frequencies; infused with sacred chants and prayers.. this album is a continuous instrumental sonic journey into the ancient solfeggio combine with an array of transformational instruments precisely attuned to enhance the healing effect. The music has been specially crafted and precisely tuned to transmit each of the solfeggio frequencies. The compositions contain an array of sacred instruments and sounds such as crystal bowls and didgeridoo and sacred chants, which work to further enhance the effects of the solfeggio tones. These compositions move the boundaries of the New Age music genre into a whole new experiential realm.. These incredible tones each resonate to specific frequency that our original blueprint is composed from. Exposing ourselves to these frequencies helps to bring our bodies, cells and DNA back into balance. Different parts of our bodies and organs all have specific frequencies of optimum resonance (perfect state of health), and therefore listening to these tones allows the body to absorb and remember (know) its original blueprint, moving it back towards its prefect state of alignment and resonance (health). Modern science is now beginning to recognise what the ancient mystics throughout time have been saying; that everything is in a constant state of vibration, and therefore everything that is vibrating has a sound (even if it's not audible). Ali is an accomplished musician, producer and shamanic healer. Involved with music throughout his life, he has developed his own style of sculpturing sound that has achieved international acclaim. His compositions are influenced by many years of immersion within ancient indigenous ways of shamanism. Ali also works with a number of international speakers and teachers, consequently travelling internationally with his music and shamanic work, helping many people all over the world to awaken to the authentic truth of being. Daniela is a gifted singer and healer, whose work with sound and music draws from her connection to the Sacred. Weaving nurturing, evocative vocals, lyrics and prayers with gentle compositions, instruments and guitar, Daniela's music soothes and opens the heart, enfolding the listener in a tender embrace of the feminine spirit. Her music and healing work influenced by an in depth study of yoga, shamanism and ancient wisdom traditions, has helped many people to reconnect to the sacredness within. In 2006 Ali joined with Daniela while travelling in Mexico and they began to create and perform music as a duo. Later that year, after spending time individually in different parts of the Americas they re-joined in Peru and while living in the desertcart jungle and later the Andes, they created their first collaborated album, 'Lemuria Emerging'. Anima are currently based in the UK, and continue to travel around the world offering concerts and workshops dedicated to the healing and awakening of consciousness through sacred sound, ceremony and prayer.
