Is this product manufactured in the USA?

No. For the 13-1/2" size which I ordered the text stills says, "Made in the USA" as of 2018-10-25. A report has been filed with Amazon.

Is the handle removeable for washing ? I always imagine the bacteria that can be growing down inside the end of the handle.

No, it is permanently attached. If you wash it with high temperature water, as in a dishwasher, the bacteria would all be eliminated.

What's the difference between models 1963 & 1964?

The spatulas are the same, except that 1963 measures 13½" long whereas 1964 is 16½" long.
