It's been in the market for a while now and yet it feels like a beta test to be frank. The reset function doesn't work half of the time, moving pieces to the wrong locations. The pressure pads on the squares are a bit finicky at times, taking you out of the experience. Having to connect the phone to the board all the time to have any sort of usability on such a huge device that's expensive is a bit silly to be frank. Would've loved to just quick start a game with just the board AI.

We bought this board during the Thanksgiving sale. Our first impressions are impressive. We wanted a chess set that could connect seamlessly with Lichess and Chess.com. This also helped my son play regular chess, reducing screen time while enjoying a physical board. I am satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to all chess enthusiasts looking to improve their game.

This product never worked. This beating noise is supposed to be a common problem, and there is a video solution for it on its website. However, the fix doesn't work. All you get is a loud chess board that vibrates the pieces all over the place. And their customer service is beyond frustrating. They have a Miko Chat Bot, who just puts you in a loop. There is no phone number, nothing else other than a horrible automated chat bot. I spent 2/3 of a day trying to get this thing to work, and trying every which way to contact them. Their customer service is beyond horrible, its flat out non-existent. There is no customer service. All I can say is do not buy this junk product. It is horrible, and even if yours does work when it comes in unlike mine, good luck ever getting support from them. You can enjoy their loop in the miko chat with their bot where he puts you in a loop requesting your name and contact information endless times.

The future is here, playing real chess with a technological advancement. A true marvel being able to set-up the board, move pieces as well as captured pieces, as if you had an invisible opponent. I enjoy it immensely and highly recommend it.
