**Q: Is This Vegetarian?**
A: The ingredients are potato starch, salt, wheat starch,colour, dried yeast and onion powder. Hope this helps, you can also look it up on line. I use it all the time and grew up with it in England.

A: I suppose it would depend on how much you are wanting. I usually make a cup following the directions on the container.

A: I’m not seeing where the product is listed as gluten free, but it most definitely does contain wheat (gluten) and SHOULD NOT be consumed by anyone who has gluten sensitivity and/or celiac desease.
