I bought our 1st moonybaby monitor system 3 yrs ago. We Loved it. It was used everyday, pretty much all day and a good portion of the night. The monitor was dropped and the screen cracked. I was disappointed that the unit we had was no longer available. I ordered the one recommended as a replacement. Easy to set up. The monitor stopped working in less than 2 days. The Customer Service was outstanding. Questions asked, answers given and new unit was shipped to replace it. It should arrive tomorrow. I will update this review after using it for a while. I truly appreciate the customer service rendered. Yes, I would recommend this seller to friends. ** Edit ** The replacement unit arrived and was put into use as soon as it was charged. It is a bit smaller than the previous one but the picture is very clear, the sound is as well. I am very appreciative of the customer service dept. A great choice in baby monitor systems.

The MoonyBaby is a very fine piece of equipment. The quality the monitor is excellent. Sound and picture are great and it paired up super fast. What I really want to highlight in this review is the customer service and to the representative named Nick Shaw. Not long after we purchased I misplaced the charging cord and after going through the house I gave up and decided to contact the company. I found them on Facebook and messaged them. Nick responded super quick. I give him my story and that I wished to purchase a new cord. He wrote back saying they would just send a new cord free of charge. This just surprised me as I never quite got a customer service like this. Nick was to top this service a few months later. Our monitor would not charge. Contacting Nick though Facebook, once again he quickly responded. He had me check the cord and a few lights on the monitor. I sent him pictures of what the unit was doing. He determined it was charging socket on the monitor. He went on saying he would send a new 2019 monitor that had a redesigned charging socket. It is a USB port, a much better design. It was delivered in two days and we are back in "business". I urge any potential buyers in the market for a baby monitor to buy this one. It is a great product and the customer is tremendously excellent.

This is a great monitor for those not wanting to use their phones! You can see well, you can move it or take it to travel easily and the battery lasts a reasonably long time. It is pretty easy for babysitters to use too-I just made a quick cheat sheet for the lesser tech savvy sitters. There is a great function: “power saving” where the screen will turn off unless there is a loud sound-great for when the parents are sleeping! The only complaint we have is that the temperature gage is and always has been COMPLETELY inaccurate. Right now in my daughters room it is 73 degrees and her monitor is showing 80 degrees. It has given us several scares, (some temp differences being over ten degrees), so we had to buy a separate thermometer for our daughters room. That is the only complaint we have, so overall we are really happy with this monitor! We like that we could add other cameras on to it once we have more than one child, so we will have to see how the switch camera function works! Two year update: we have loved the monitor, it’s easy for us and babysitters to use. A week ago the monitor screen died, it wouldn’t show anything and would blink and not turn off. We tried everything to reset it. I contacted customer service and they were AMAZING! They were quick to respond and help me by giving me tips to try to fix it. When we had tried everything possible to revive it, our customer service rep Nick (thank you!) sent us a new monitor expedited overnight shipping. Overall it was like a two day process and I couldn’t be more grateful! It’s so hard to be without a monitor and worry about your kids but Moonybaby did a great job of helping out. We will be buying more of these for baby number two!

Great product!! I've searched far and wide for a good baby moniter and have spent a huge range of money anywhere from $25 to $200 only to be dissapointed by one aspect or the other. This moniter has it all! Great picture quality, amazing night vision, the sound is great. I love the talk-back feature so I can talk to baby while he's in his room, and the fact that you can press a button and the display turns off at night so you don't have a huge white screen glaring you in the face but it turns on when a noise is heard. This product is very reasonably priced for the quality you're getting. Best of all the company has amazing customer service! I ordered this product a few months back only to have my toddler grab a hold of the display moniter and drop it and crack the entire LCD screen. I wasn't sure which one I needed as a replacement and contacted customer support. They quickly sent me a new moniter 2 day shipping at no cost, and since mine was an older model they no longer made I got an upgrade! Overall great experience with the product and the company! Will definitely purchase again in the future.

This has been my favorite baby monitor by far! The monitor screen is a very decent size (larger than our last one which was a bigger name brand). The picture is clear, the sounds are great for when baby needs a “change of scenery”, never out of range throughout the house, the battery life is really good too. After a couple years and a few kids getting their hands on the monitor I noticed there were some lines going across the top of the screen and it seemed to be glitchy. I emailed customer service and they were so quick to respond to me and without hesitation shipped me a replacement monitor that should be here within the next day or two! I have never had such a positive experience with a company and I am so thankful because I really do love this baby monitor!
