Excellent telephony headset that pretty ok for music to.
- Has an excellent noise cancelling microphone with additional audio processing, making your voice very clear at the far end. - Has best of breed automatic equalisation to suit both telephony and music/commentary - Plantronics first rate audio shock and sound exposure protection to protect your hearing. G616 compliant and compliant with US and EU health and safety at work regulations. - It is important to download the Plantronics hub software and configure the headset to enable the safety features, as some of the safety and compliance features and not enabled by default; you must enable these with the Plantronics Hub software - there is also a pro version of the hub software that allows IT organisations to centrally manage headsets. - An excellent choice for those who use telephony for up to 4 hours a day. - Do not use the headset directly plugged into the headphones socket of your computer because some of the safety features are a function of the USB interface. - I find them very comfortable indeed - Not really suitable for contact centres as the ear cushions and not easily replaceable Plantronics have other models which are more suitable for this environment

Love this product. So comfy not too tight on the head - clear sound. Best present to myself for a long time. Love the red and black - so stylish too.

Comfortable and sounds great.
Zoom calls and Teams meetings have never sounded better. Feels nice on the ear and the sound quality is good.

Having the USB C connection to the laptop direct stopped skype and gotomeeting crashes
Great headphones. Was having crashes with my old USB headphones through a hub to the laptop which only has USBC. The new headphones have solved the issue and people on the other end say the sound quality is much better.

Great Headset for Home Working
I work from home and spend a lot of time on conference calls. This headset is very comfortable and even after hours of use each day, hasn't once become uncomfortable. Thoroughly recommended.

Brittle and waste of money
I've purchased roughly 30 of these in total for my company. They preform with excellence; however there's a little lid on the mic piece that covers a chip; it has come off from almost all of them. I've placed electric tape on them to prevent the chips from popping out. In addition to that, half of the total have broken at the same line on the microphone stem. so let's say 15 units x £65 average = £975 down the drain. No, refund or replacement was not accepted.

Qualité ok et port USB-C pratique pour les possesseurs de MacBook. Par contre la comptabilité avec Skype est pas optimale lorsqu’on souhaite répondre à un appel par exemple la télécommande décroche bien mais raccroche immédiatement après!! Idem avec la fonction « mute » on a qq surprises par moment ... Au final hormis ces points, le casque reste de bonne facture et offre un audio de qualité.

Como y gran calidad de sonido. Ademas el micro filtra el ruido, mejorando la comunicación. Sin duda, una excelente compra.

I have a different version of the same model at work. This is the USB-C version. Works well, and noise cancellation seems to keep out ambient noise well. Relatively comfortable. I preferred the wired model as it doesn't need recharging, always has a strong connection from PC to headphones (vs. bluetooth). Works well with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, RingCental. Controls on the cable are convenient as well for muting, volume, answer/drop.

Mein neuer Arbeitgeber hat alle Arbeitsplätze mit diesem Headset ausgestattet. Somit bekam auch ich dieses Headset. Da ich, nicht nur wegen Corona, mittlerweile viele Telefongespräche im Home-Office bewältige, habe ich mir dieses Headset auch privat zugelegt. Angeschlossen ist es an einem Macbook - entweder direkt über USB-C oder über einen USB-C zu USB-A Adapter am Monitor. Alles funktioniert problemlos. Die Sprachverständlichkeit ist für mich und auch die Gegenseite sehr gut. Im Vergleich mit einem "günstigeren" Plantronics Headset zeichnet sich dieses Modell durch einen besseren Tragekomfort sowie mehr Bass aus. Auch nach mehrstündigem Gebrauch ist es Immer noch komfortabel. 100% Empfehlung von mir wenn Sie ein Headset für Webex, Skype & Co suchen.

Perfect for work in the age of lots of video conferences. Seems to cut our background noise really well - eg when WFH, I've had tradies working in the background or my dog barking, and the people on the other end of the call can't hear my background noise!
