Instruction are very explicit . Easy to use..

What is the volume of the syringe in milliliters?

I measured 75ml with the plunger inserted just enough to seal, probably 70ml in normal use. There are no markings or graduations on the syringe body.

How much water does the syringe hold?

Without getting the kit out of storage I would say 20-25 cc syringe . The question that you need to. ask, is how does it work? My answer to that is. GREAT!!!

what does the saline packet do? Thx all!

not sure I didn't use them. I used straight hydrogen peroxide. Do not leave the hydrogen peroxide in the syringe, the plunger doesn't hold up to it. It left black marks on the inside of the syringe, thought it was mold. It isn't. I really like it.
