Helps regulate blood pressure
This particular product helps to stabilize our blood pressure. If you suffer with spikes and inability to regulate your BP, try it. It’s efficient absorbency seems to be the difference in other brands of Tumeric that we’ve tried. It’s expensive but worth the money.

Arthritis and Trigger Finger Relief
I have mild arthritis in both of my hands along with 'trigger finger' in two fingers. As anyone who has 'trigger finger' will tell you, it can be very painful. My daughter suggested that I start taking Turmeric and within 30 days I began to see measurable relief and continued use has brought nearly 100% relief. There's still an occasional 'trigger finger' episode but it's rare and the amount of pain compared to the pre-turmeric use is very diminished. The arthritis discomfort has vanished. While there's many sources of turmeric available I need to highly recommend the Gaia Supreme Joint Turmeric over any other brand and formula. Gaia has been a quality product line for years that is organic and vegan. Don't try to save a couple of bucks with another brand, the difference in quality and formula isn't worth the savings.

Turmeric Supreme?
Have used this for 6 months… feel great! However, I believe you have to use(any supplement) for longer to really benefit. I am going to use for another 6 months. We’ll see.
