I used to swear by swarzkopf, I used them for years, however the Berry Red colour i brought went on bright pink, stayed bright pink and burnt my scalp, I had to wash it off after 5 minutes as the pain was too much, even after washing it off my scalp is still burning and my roots are bright pink, while the rest of my hair is red... will not be using again

I totally loved the colour when first put on, nice bright, got loads compliments but then everytime went in bath just more came off and colour changed to pinkish, and me blonde came back throu, was gutted.

I loved the colour on the box, but when I had it on my hair it was the brightest red, it’s awful, definitely wouldn’t advise anyone to get it as you’ll end up with a shocking colour 😢😢😢

Was hoping for a rich raspberry red (like the box) but it came out NEON.

Waste of time

The live colours can be strong and bright, but for me this was way too much for me. I have mid brown hair colour naturally and after applying this colour I ended up with what I would describe as bright pink hair. The intended Berry Red it certainly was not. I could not have left it as it was, so reluctantly, as I know it can damage hair, I had to re-dye my hair straight away with dark brown. I ended up with Rich mohogony colour.

I love it, made my hair so nice and pink PLEASW BRING IT BACK TO THE SHOPS
