First of all, this waist trainer is SOFT on the inside, almost as if it were lined in fleece, but it's not. It does not scratch or itch in any way. I got the 3XL, the largest size they offere, and in its tightest setting it fits really nice. In my opinion, they run small. It pulls in my tummy quite a bit, and most importantly, it removes ALL the fat rolls on my back all the way up to my bra. It has a 'Stay' below each breast going all the way from top to bottom, and others front and back as well. I do not feel any one of these at all. Not at all, even sitting down. After I put it on, I tried on a top that I was not going to be able to wear because it showed my fat rolls in the back. I put that top on when I had this Cincher on, and from every angle, everything was SMOOTH with no bumps or anything. I highly recommend giving this waist trainer cincher SERIOUS consideration. You won't be disappointed. This is the best ever. 🌷🩷😊

This is the 2nd one that I have ordered and I love it. It shipped promptly and very well packaged. The material is soft and very comfortable. I wear size XL tops so I always order XL and it fits snug and tight then expands as needed.

Updated Love it! As informative and in a nutshell as possible. Material: great. Perfect elasticity. Sizing info.:Im 5'2, 33" waist. I have purchased a large initially, then a medium and now a small. Bought for my post op lipo care. I have it on the 2nd cinched hook on a small right now. Build: 7 flexible bones. Perfect amount. Ive seen other brands with 10+bones, and for my activity level, 7 is Perfect. I have a short torso, so this works great. Doesn't dig in. Bones keep it from rolling up. Overall: great. It exceeds expectations and goes beyond some other brands that cost way more. More comfortable than the others, more expensive ones I've tried like shapshee and Isavela. Already bought the black one. I love the velcro for extra tightness if ya need it.

It’s only been a week since I got this waist trainer so my review will be based on that. I got a size small since I’m usually a medium which worked out perfectly. I’m 5’3 weighing around 150 & Im able to get it to the first level w/ such ease. Once it’s on, the material feels comfortable as it’s breathable & flexible, you can basically wear it all day. The support that it offers is about medium, it does relieve some back pain once worn. The only downside is that you do feel the boning of the waist trainer. I had seen another review mentioning that it would be perfect for a long torso as the waist trainer is on the longer side which is true. Although, I do have a long torso but it still fits on the longer side, I think it would work out better on someone who is tall w/ a long torso. If I’m walking around or just standing it’s perfect & it doesn’t bother me at all but once I’m sitting down that’s when the boning of the waist trainer digs at you from the top & the bottom so take that in consideration. Other than that, this waist trainer arrived pretty quickly and once the package is opened, there’s no foul smell to it.

I wanted to try a new waist trainer, so I selected this. I think that I am going to return it. PROS: 3 options to make it tighter, no smell, quality is good, it does support and thin. CONS: Too long (11 inches) it seems short in the front and longer in the back. It comes to the middle of my butt, slides down and I have to pull it up a lot if I am walking. It slides down my pants and underwear if I am moving a lot, the sides sometimes dig into my skin especially when I am sitting down. So there are more CONS than PROS, I am probably going to return it and try something else.

Runs a little bit small, will get next size up

So I'm 205lbs 5'7" average torso length. The material is very soft and just a right thickness to it. It absorbs sweat well so you aren't left with a sweaty feeling when you take it off, so be sure to wash it as you go. I'm losing weight, so I use these to help shape along the process. I wear an XL womens so I ordered the XL and it fits comfortably on the outer most hooks so I can track as I move it in over time. This is my 1st time buying this brand, I usually buy from Maidenwear, but even with not a long torso, it would dig into my ribs or under my chest and seemed short. This comes down nicely over my stomach and fits right up under my bra so there's no over spill from up top. And it has just enough compression where it's holding you without feeling too tight. If you have back problems, this is a lifesaver also because I often have back pain, but this helps, I don't know if it's the compression, being held straighter, whatever it is, but even when I'm sore, this has helped with making my back feel more comfortable and I haven't had the usual ache from my back while wearing it. I'll definitely be sticking with this brand.
