This book was very detailed and honest. I am a list person so I found this book very satisfying. I appreciated that this book’s theme wasn’t just saying that hosting Airbnb will be easy but rather helping future hosts to be realistic and ready to learn. I also liked how this book explains Airbnb procedure, insurance and how to use the premium access charts to better determine high/low seasons. I feel like this book has definitely opened my mind to all the things necessary to run a successful airbnb.
